Icondex End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you") and Crea Visual SpA ("we", "us") for the Icondex software and any updates and documentation ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. License grant

When you purchase a valid license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on any Mac that you own or control, for personal or internal business use.

A free trial version may be used only to evaluate the Software before purchase.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or lend the Software or your license key;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this limitation;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement grants you no rights other than the license in Section 1.

4. Third-party icon libraries

Icondex can download icon libraries (such as Lucide, Heroicons, Phosphor, and others) from third-party sources. Those libraries are created by third parties and licensed under their own terms. This Agreement grants you no rights to those libraries. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the license of each icon library you download and use.

5. Updates

We may provide updates to the Software. This Agreement governs any update unless the update is accompanied by a separate agreement. We are not obligated to provide updates or support.

6. Trial, purchase, and refunds

The Software may be offered with a time-limited free trial. Purchases are handled by our authorized reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds, if any, are governed by our refund policy at https://icondex.slides.cl and by Lemon Squeezy's terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREA VISUAL SPA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

9. Termination

This Agreement applies until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections 3, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
